Aubrey Plaza (born June 26, 1984) is a performer, comedian and known for expressing her humor in a funny manner. She appears as April Ludgate in Parks and Recreation. Her debut came on The Jeannie Tate Show the web series that focuses on sketch comedy and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Aubrey Christina Plaza was born in Wilmington Delaware the daughter of the lawyer Bernadette Plaza and the finance specialist David Plaza. Both her parents are both English/Irish and Puerto Rican. Plaza received a degree from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a Catholic girls' high school in 2006, after graduation in 2002. She was president of her high school's student government and was a part of Wilmington Drama League productions during her time as a senior.
